This isn't news, this is the GOP launching a PR stunt to make it seem like they care about immigration. Goodlatte bill... I'll grant that they have a sense of humor--twisted, but funny none the less.

This is what's gonna happen, Goodlatte bill will fail, "compromise bill" will get 0 Dem votes, and still fail, everyone will go to the media saying how they did everything they can. The whole point of this exercise is to give cover to blue leaning areas with a current Republican. This is the Senate thing all over again.

Pretty much...delay for the sake of delay.

It is like a planned media blitz for failure...but most don't know how it will play out, not willing to look at it this way or hopes are so high that cannot interpret.

Bottomline, Trump needs to leave office before legislation can really get underway.
