Who gets to decide what is moral or not?? This is very vague and could literally mean that if you commit adultery that leads to divorce, that could be viewed as lacking moral character...... THIS BILL WILL NOT GET THROUGH THE SENATE. Republican has only 51 seats and I am betting this bill will only get 40 votes. McCain is out on this, for sure.
