Real quick. My EAD expires 3/2019. Since America hates us & literally no decision is being made, should I shoot for my renewal this soon or wait it out some? i don’t want to get denied and I heard so early renewal sheds some time off but every day helps. Please comment! Especially if you’re in this predicament with an long time frame.

Can you afford $495? If you can - reapply.

Yes I can afford it give a take a week or two. You think I’ll get denied?

I expire 3/2019 and submitted my application at the beginning of May. I already did biometrics as well. They will accept your application. We probably won’t see anyone with our timeline get approved until around October though.

Short of the DACA being 100% cancelled (in which case you'd have no DACA anyway), I doubt you'll get denied.

They are renewing within 150 of expiration date. No one know what happens if they cancel the program and you have an application in the queue. It a risks.

I expire Feb 2019. I sent mine in in mid January, did biometrics Feb 13th. So far have not heard a thing, but I'm not expecting to for a while longer. Either way they at least have my case already there pending... for whatever its worth.

Mine expires 1/19. I'm not planning to send mine till August. If they say to do it within 150 days of expiration why do it sooner?
