Received approval and I765 card in less than 3 weeks

Applied for renew on May 28th Got the Biometrics invitation on Monday 4th of June for 11th of June and received the approval on Friday and today Saturday June 16th received my i765 card the whole process took less than 3 weeks. How come the renew process is so fast now ? I lost about 3 months of time on my old card because it expires at the end of October this year.

What was your previous expiration date?

I remember reading that USCIS now prioritizes based on expiration dates.

Be glad that you are on the other side of the spectrum . There are people who submitted the paper work on time and they have now expired.
