Your ID should be enough. They might need a copy of your EAD but no biggie. The banks are more worried about your income to debt ratio.

I got my real estate license last year to earn extra commission for properties I was buying for my business ventures. Your license should be fine. I would ask the title company, likely they are the ones who are requesting it. They just want to validate your identity.
