I remember seeing a memo about a year ago where the ICE laid out some guidance on what to do if they apprehend someone that claims they have DACA. Anyone have a link to that?

No, it was a memo from USCIS, ICE, or DHS to employees on what to do if they encounter a person claiming to have DACA status.
