Do we have to send passport photos for renewals? - Page 2

At the moment send everything that is required. Passport pictures are a requirement. Why risk getting delayed because you didn't want to spend couple bucks on pictures.

I only sent passport photos the first time.

Renewals did not include passport photos. Weird that I didn't get RFE.

Play it safe bro.
