Isn't he supposed to rule soon? The 90 day stay should be up tomorrow.

Spread the word: Delay for new DACA applications. I do not know why the media has not been reporting on this. Today was the day we were supposed to be able to file new DACA applications. However Judge Bates has stayed that order indefinitely. The deadline for all filings is 7/27. Hopefully Judge Bates will rule quickly so that we can submit new filings within a few weeks.

#DACA UPDATE! The DC court, which set a 90-day deadline for the government to respond in the DACA case, has extended that deadline indefinitely. This does not change anything! EVERYONE SHOULD RENEW ASAP, no matter the expiration! Check out http://renewmydaca.com for info!
