What do you have in mind, in terms of a plan, to change the mind of Fox News and Breitbart viewers?

Could be the case. But, what I meant was different (not trying to be a jerk-I didn't explain well).

I think about high profile cases (i.e Aurora shooter, Parkland shooter) and I don't remember them going to court for at least a few days. I don't actually know if this is correct, I'm basing this off of memory. It's like "we know this is the guy, but we don't KNOW KNOW so we have to wait a bit to get him to court."

However, with this case it is all so immediate. Body found yesterday. A few hours later, the guy is arrested....next day he is in court.

Let me be clear that I am not calling for this guys innocence at all. Quite opposite. I have no reason to believe he isn't guilty. It just seems to me that everything has happened incredibly fast, which leads me to my conspiracy theory that the case was solved a while ago, and they waited until the right moment to deflect from the Cohen/Manafort bombshell.

Case drags out for a month....no trace, no video, no nothing.

VP Pence visits and makes a show of it a few days ago. Body found yesterday. No trace of who did it still. All of a sudden they got an "illegal" a few hours later. He is in court the next day.

Rivera's lawyer's motion is very strangely written. It relies exclusively on the statement of his former employer that he has legal status.

A poor girl is dead and y'all are making up conspiracy theories, justifying your "us versus them" mentality.

Please have some respect.

Your holier than thou attitude is bullshit. It has been made clear that no one is trying to distract from the tragedy. It has also been made clear that the whole timing of things is weird. At the very least, the use of the "illegal immigrant" to deflect from bad news for Trump has been ubiquitous is just as screwed up.

This is forum on the topic of immigration, and thus we are talking about a murder case from the angle that affects us.

Yes, his lawyer was just basing it off on the statements that his company made. Authorities have informed WashingtonPost that he's full illegal with stolen ID.

I want to say I heard the following quote on the "Get Me Roger Stone" documentary, I recommend you watch it (I dont like the guy)- it's on Netflix.

Anyway, the quote, and I am 89 percent certain it was Roger Stone that said.... and I paraphrase "All you need is one illegal to do something (commit a crime)..." and he went on to say that you can use that to rile up the base.

This unfortunate event, is exactly what Roger Stone was talking about. Unfortunately, trying to convince hateful people, who already have a preconceived bias towards immigrants, will most certainly use this story to convince themselves that their ideas on immigration are correct - without looking at other factors.

This was similarly explained by Swim earlier.
