The best option is PC. Why? Because its better by a country mile, if you've never been to the country then its about 3miles.

Unlimited upgrade ability. Better graphics. More games.
They have to lower the graphics quality on gameboxes so they will run the latest games.

If you want the best gaming with uncompromising performance and unparalleled library of games, you will get PC.

If you want a gamebox you can get PS4 or Xbox though PS4 is apparently the best.
