Questions in regards to DACA Renewal

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this post.
My DACA expires in March 2018 so I am planning on mailing my application this Friday, October 12,2018.
I have noticed a few small changes in the forms and would really appreciate if someone could help me.

FORM I-765 WORKSHEET Part 2.Financial Information
I type my annual income and my current expenses in the box and then the total current value of assets box automates and adds the income and expenses together. I remember this didn't occur in the past. Do I just leave it as is?

1821D Form Part. Education Information #7
Form states Name, city, and state of school currently attending or where education recieved. I typed my school name and city but there is no space for the state abbreviation. What exactly to do I do?

One last question. Do I need to mail a 2 passport photos?

1. Just print it out and write it with a pen

2. Sounds like something only necessary for initial apps

3. Yep

Same is happening with me with the I765 WS. It's computing incorrectly. I will write that in.
If you are completing renewal Part 3 is for initial requests only. So you don't need to complete that.
and Yes, you must include 2 photos. Remember the fee is also now $495.

PS did you complete your passport info in the travel section?

I-821D FORM: Just to make sure I have this correct since Part 3 is for initial requests only I don't have to answer the Military Service Information either because it pertains to part 3 right?

I did complete the passport info in the travel section on the I-765 application.
