Something tells me whatever legislation to end birthright citizenship Graham brings to the floor will also include a permanent DACA relief.

The ask keeps going up. End of birthright citizenship, cut legal immigration in half, 25 billion for a border wall and somebody's sister, for DACA LOL

No bill will pass with ending birthright citizenship being cut out. That will be dead on arrival.

Nothing but a ruse, a tactic for votes just like before he became president by saying "ON DAY ONE I WILL ...." and plenty of those were THANKFULLY false and have yet to be true.

The fact that Lindsey believes birthright citizenship is a POLICY is what makes this entire thing feel like an April fools joke, it is in the CONSTITUTION. Something that CANNOT be overwritten by an executive order.

It's like a traffic cop saying he'll sign a promise, a paper, a contract stating that he'll never arrest anyone for DUI's anymore. He's not above the law, his job is to stop and arrest anyone for DUI's.

These statements are so idiotic I can't believe people actually fall for it, we are truly living in the stupid ages.

What are they really hiding here, what's the real goal. smh.

Trump wasn't suppose to win the election

Any such order would be challenged in the same courts where litigation on the travel ban was held.

I hope there is an understanding that if this was meant for political points it might also energize the base on the other side.

Yet Trump has been winning since he was elected. Democrats lack courage and the will to do things that are morally gray. Playing by the book isn’t going to work. How many time have we said “oh Trump can’t do that” he does and becomes a policy. As much as I dislike republican policies, you gotta hand it to them, things are getting done( not to our benefit) and now they control the legislative, executive and judicial.
