It depends on when you expire. I have a similar timeline and I did my biometrics in August 8th. I figure it will take a couple of months since I sent mine early. I expire October 2019. They will probably approve me sometime in 2019, maybe Spring 2019.

I expire on 4/20/19. Sent my stuff out in May. No word on work permit though. Is there a delay between the 821 and 765? Edit: I didn't have my case number for 765 submitted for alerts. I just added it and it shows that my EAD got approved today too!!! Screw it! I'm taking my job offer from San Diego and leaving dreary upstate NY. Gonna make the best of these next 2 years. |
