So, I lost my NJ license and debit card on NYE, and I just noticed that I never received my Form I-797 approved petition in the mail.

I only have 5 points because apparently EAD + SS only equals 3 points instead of 4.

3 Points Document
Current photo employment authorization card (Form I-688B or I-766). Must be presented with valid Social Security card.

1-Point Documents: (Can only use Two)
High school diploma, GED or college diploma
Bank statement or record

I need 1 more point therefore I need the I-797 approval notice because it gives you 4 points instead of the 3 EAD + SS gives.

I do have a picture of my lost license and biometric processing stamp as well as older approved petition notices. You guys think they will cut me some slack?

Hmmm...you can request a duplicate of approval notice, but it has a high filing fee!

Do you still have your college ID (assuming you went to college)? With that and a transcript that could count for two points.

Wohooo. I actually did just find my 2009 Spring ID and Transcript. Not sure if it will help but their website doesn't say "current id" so it might work.

Thank you very much!!!

That's good. Recently I renewed mine, I had I-797, my EAD + SSN, current valid DL, and a bank statement (I'm over the six points), and she still asked me for ATM card, lol. I gues it depends on the DMV.
