She technically did not say first 100 days. I believe she responded to a letter sent to her urging her to pass a permanent solution within the first 100 days. If you read the letter whe wrote back she said she will pass legislation to protect dreamers but did not set a time frame. She can pass legislation in the house but not all the way to the president.
The only thing we have right now is the pressure from the shutdown and hopefully the scotus not hearing the case if they dont hear it, it will pressure trump to actually compromise. Once the government is open and DHS is funded if we don't get anything out of it then its going to be a long time before we are back in the spotlight. |

Looks like no news on whether the Supreme Court will take up any of the #DACA cases today. Operation #SCOTUSWatch resumes bright and early when we will get an orders list from the High Court at 9:30 am EST on Tuesday.
