Appears no news today on if the Supreme Court will take up the case on DACA rescission (on the admin's expedited, unnecessary and harmful timeline). Tuesday, we believe, is the next day when their could be a decision.

The only thing we have right now is the pressure from the shutdown and hopefully the scotus not hearing the case if they dont hear it, it will pressure trump to actually compromise. Once the government is open and DHS is funded if we don't get anything out of it then its going to be a long time before we are back in the spotlight.
Trump should bring back 25b$ for wall in exchange for dreamers protection on the table. I still think we will get our legalization through trump.

I am also worried that trump might get re elected and it will four more years of hell. I don’t think most of us can stand another trumps term.

Only verified journalist.

Looks like no news on whether the Supreme Court will take up any of the #DACA cases today. Operation #SCOTUSWatch resumes bright and early when we will get an orders list from the High Court at 9:30 am EST on Tuesday.

Is Tuesday the last opportunity for them to decide? Or will the can get kicked down the road every week now. It seems good news to me as it could mean one last renewal before they off it.
