11) There is precedent for a broad consideration of “outside” issues. We’ve heard talk about DACA or immigration reform. But Fmultiple sources say there is simply not enough time to mess with those nettlesome issues in this conference committee.

So if they don’t take up daca now, what’s going to happen to tps? Isn’t tps expected to end in late 2019? They seem kinda quiet for something that hasn’t been halted by the courts afaik.

I think that they would give him some token spending if he at least offered to make DACA renewable without any additional conditions on it. Trump's going to bitch against his wall and keep bitching about it until he offers something that's acceptable.
