I thought he had like an O-1 visa and his I-94 stay expired . But nope. He was 12 years old when his visa expired in 2005 (didn’t say which visa, but assuming tourist B-1)

That actually depends on where he's being arraigned. Immigration judges in deep red states like Georgia (where he's from) are pretty merciless when it comes to deportation hearings.

Trump will call on Congress to compromise on a number of key issues such as immigration and trade, according to a senior administration official.

"I want to see our country united," Trump said last week during a pre-speech lunch with network news anchors. "If I could unite the country, I would consider it a tremendous success."

I actually think Trump wants this. It's the advisors and people around him pushing him in different directions and make him seem bipolar.

In my opinion, Trump made 2 mistakes in his presidency.

The first was hiring Sessions for AG and let the Russian investigation be as far as it is today.
Two was hiring Miller. With Sessions they made some cruel policies. Even today there are children that still aren't with their parents that were separated at the border.

If those two people weren't hired, Trump would've had his wall, DACA would have a permanent fix, no government shutdown, cruising through 2020 with a good economy. He would be talking about infrastructure and reducing drug prices right now. Instead, he's got the Russia could hanging over his head and every turn there's a threat of a government shutdown.
