What happens if he approves the summary judgement?

The plaintiffs (Texas) are asking for one of two things:

1) End DACA for everyone in 2 years; or,
2) End DACA renewals immediately

I wonder what's the procedure for conflicting court decisions.

I thought this wasn't related to the previous case of not ending it properly, but instead saying it wasn't constitutional since the beginning?

So should I renew my work permit ASAP If exprire March 2020? I was going to work on it next weekend.

I’d send it ASAP. I expire in May 2020 and sent mine last weekend. Biometrics were posted in under 48 hours. We don’t know what can change with this administration is full of idiots. The peace of mind is worth it.

Who knows. Maybe next Friday? Judges love going home after releasing a soul crushing ruling at 5pm on a Friday!

About 2.. will that also cancel the pending renewals applications? That would suck if they do that too.
