Jobless. What to do?

Left my job since November and I have enjoyed not having a job but I know that I have to go back and get a job. Any ideas? I'm a DACA recipient can we work city jobs or for the state? I just saw census positions on indeed for my state.

Yeah you can work local and state government jobs. Not sure about Census, some positions require US citizenship, but it should say it on the job description.

Census..? thats a federal job so no you cant do that

That's me right now. Job searching. There's plenty of engineering jobs available where I'm at, but all the companies are defense contractors or something like that . Most job descriptions have US citizenship required or ability to get clearance required.
