Trump won't agree to anything shy of Goodlatte for RISE Act, but being the pigheaded FUCK he is, he won't entertain offers until a SCOTUS ruling.
Let's all try to remember the DC Circuit Court is preventing them from sharing DACA recipient's information with ICE.
