Notice how the inflammatory users on this forum can't defend a single argument.

So what’s your end goal? I don’t get it. Maybe you should join ALIPAC. That forum might be more your thing.

No ruling yet but DC Cir. doesn't seem impressed with the government's arguments. The 3 judges on the panel were seated by Carter, G.W. Bush, and Obama and none of them seem to agree.

Looks good so far in DC circuit but ultimately it won't do much. All eyes should be on the dems in the house and see what "bipartisan" bill they have for dreamers. If they can do a decent push there's a chance but Trump is forcing the house to be responsive to his actions (aka him declaring a national emergency so the house has to write legislation to stop that, which gives less time for other legislation).

Next chances for DACA in this year is debt ceiling bill in the summer & spending bills towards the end of the year.

Wildcards are Texas Court, SCOTUS, and as always, Trump himself.

This is the second highest court just behind the Supreme Court. They will be looking at THIS court for guidance.

From what I can see, the judges seem concerned behind the ethics that drive the rationale to end the program. In short, that it was seemingly political.
