I thought the same thing for this confused fellow. He even got Anus out of hibernation. No way a DUI gets a citizen or resident deported so long as it’s just alcohol and no injuries. It’s not even an issue at consular processing. It’s not a crime of moral turpitude. I’ve read many posts at visajouney where the consul straight up says “I don’t care about your DUI”

I have a DUI. I expunged in CA. I still await my appointment in Juarez.

Not citizenship but even people with green cards can get deported for a DUI. This is a known fact. "moral turpitude" is open ended even if you're in an accident that doesn't hurt anybody, it could be that it COULD have hurt someone.

Somebody hand this fucktard a medal for his DUI and how he got it expunged. That is his biggest accomplishment as a Dreamer. A lot of butthurtt people on here who have drank and drove and expect to be treated like Kings. You do that, get caught and are found guilty and you're a Dreamer, your ass needs to get deported, plan and simple. We don't want to fight for you losers, you're just making it worse and giving bad rep to the rest of us good ones. You put yourself and others in danger and deserve it. If you notice every last person getting upset here mentions something about DUI for themselves. Losers.
