I-821D updated form?

Where can I find the updated form? The current one expired in Jan.

Thank you. Was not sure if the current one would be accepted because I had it sent back before for using an expired form. Also, do you recommend renewing now if my expiration is Feb 2020? I was looking for the forms for my brother because his expires in 6 months.

The most recent form is always accepted, in some cases they also accept prior editions (under "Edition dates" on the USCIS website).

Even when they overhaul the forms in general they give about 1 month grace period to use the prior ones.
