This line of argument is pure gas lighting. Similar to when a "billionaire" like Warren Buffet brings up that the rich should be taxed more, people keep saying "so why doesn't HE write a check to the IRS?" -- this is not an equivalent outcome.

One person unilaterally complying with what they believe is true does not make a difference. It must be all or nothing. If Warren Buffet gave all his money to the IRS, it would have no impact on the taxes of the rest of Americans or the national debt. There would need to be a systematic change where all Billionaires (or some defined class) had to comply with some policy.

Similarly, one person self deporting has no impact on the DACA program. His point is specifically, there must be a legislative solution for ALL DACA recipients and that any executive decision is subject to be rescinded by a subsequent executive. A legislative solution cannot be unilaterally rescinded by an executive.

Start backing your horrible arguments with some facts and logic.

Yep, he made it to the House Judiciary Committee testifying alongside Rhodes Scholar and Harvard grad by being hilarious. That makes a lot of fucking sense.

I don't think much is going to happen with DACA. House passing dream act won't mean much... McConnell isn't taking up dem legislation in the Senate for a vote.
