Couldn’t imagine a lady like that sitting in some detention center. What a shame

Her employer doesn't face consequences if she breaks the terms of daxa, she does. She should've just told them no. No job is worth losing status over.

She's gonna lose and go to Peru and then come back legally unless there is a bar. Unfortunate, but that's how it goes.

Hottie or not, the laws apply. Daca aren't citizens so there's no second tier.

Only the smart survive. Ultimately, it was her fault. She should know he limitations of the benefits she has.

Also, all you thirsty dogs should go salivate over USC women. That may yield you some results.

There are two things that we should never trust other people with - decisions about our own health and things that might get us in trouble with immigration. Sadly I think DACA has put some dreamers in a false sense of security - they're allowed to work, and feel "normal" but we're not. I'm not going to pile on, because the young lady is in serious trouble now but she should have put her foot down, even if it meant losing her job.

There are a few things she has going for her though. She still has DACA so she probably gets more sympathy than the garden variety illegal (like me), she has an American husband, and yes, she's attractive which I have learned makes a big difference in pretty much all aspects of life. With the right lawyer and a little luck, this could work out in her favor and they could possibly adjust her status and forgo the 10 year ban.

She definitely got the looks

The next Belen Sisa.

If she does her PR right, she has big potential.

Reps and Senators will be begging her to fix her situation.

I wanna feel bad for her, but really? No one knows her situation better than herself, and she went ahead and believed some random person who probably knows nothing about DACA / immigration? Incredibly stupid.

What a tragedy TBH. I hope that she can get out of trouble now that major politicians are getting involved and keeping her in jail is not a good look for ICE. I saw Cheatlary Clinton started a petition to help her.
