Even if others renewed it doesnt mean their next renewal will be okay.

Congress needs to get off its lazy, tax wasting, war starting, budget unbalacing ass and fix this issue NOW.

This could be YOU!
Stop fear mongering. You don't know his DACA was "terminated arbitrarily" as the article does not state that. Clearly, some facts are missing and you are making assumptions and painting an inaccurate picture.

No part of it is fear mongering, I am stating that off the facts presented, it paints a very dire picture.

You can choose to ignore this, and once it happens to you, come boo hoo here.
Or you can treat this event properly, and do something. Demand change.

This week I will spend some time calling in and doing something. I won't wait until its my head on the chopping block.

I don't know what you do for a living, but I need my job. I can't have any direct threats against me, and go put my head in the sand.

It paints a very dire picture? Dude, it's one fucking case and YOU don't even know 100% why the guy was denied.

Start raising alarm when there is a pattern of confirmed capricious and arbitrary denials made. Until then, sit down and STFU.

We have finally found some common ground. Give yourself a pat on the back. This is a one off case. Renewals are going smooth as long as one doesn’t have a special situation. I’d recommend an attorney if there is a special situation.

Two confirmed cases is not a one off case. How many more lay hidden just cause they are unable to speak out?

Is this really what you want to do? Pretend nothing is going on until its your turn?
I don't know what low wage job you're working, but I need my job.

To put it simply, If you aren't willing to do anything for your legalization other than sit on your ass, then you don't deserve it.

Right wingers call and win. They celebrate they have 6 wins against us.

Talked to my school's lawyer - she said she can see this going to the ACLU and getting bigger. WE'll see what happens, but stay vigilant and renew if you can
