From InsiderBusiness. Com

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to pick former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli for an immigration policy position at the Department of Homeland Security, a White House official said on Tuesday.
Cuccinelli met with Trump on Monday, and the announcement of his appointment could come as early as this week, the official said. The New York Times first reported the expected pick on Tuesday.
(Reporting by Steve Holland; Writing by Yeganeh Torbati; Editing by Tim Ahmann)

These are some of his views on immigration;

During his Senate career, Cuccinelli introduced bills urging the United States Congress to amend the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution to revoke citizenship rights for children of illegal immigrants who are born in the U.S.,[134] to allow businesses to sue others that hire illegal immigrants,[135] and to establish inability to speak English in the workplace as cause for disqualification to receive unemployment benefits.[136]

Sounds like the perfect racist for a trump cabinet post,

Not much better. I can see this guy ending DACA before Supreme Court gets involved.

His take on ending DACA.

Heh.

It actually played out exactly like he’d wanted - with DOJ offering to settle and defendant-intervenors.
