I really dislike the revised section on the I-765 regarding initial entry and passport info. One question almost contradicts itself asking for your most recent passport number when the entire section is asking for your entry/passport info upon initial entry. It's almost as if they dismiss the possibility of you getting a passport from your native country's consulate in the US sometime after your initial entry.
Currently working on my renewal and it's pretty much good to go, but this section you pointed out is really bothering me. I went and got an updated passport at my consulate so it isn't the same passport I entered with. What I put is....

21.b.
Q: Passport Number of your most recently Issued Passport
A: Most recent passport # (Obviously)

21.e.
Q: Expiration Date for Passport or Travel Doc:
A: XX/XX/2016

22.
Q: Date of your last Arrival into the United States
A: XX/XX/1997

It just looks really weird. I mean it makes sense when answering the questions individually, but taken as a whole. It looks off. Any thoughts on this by anyone filling it out?

Also, I'm like 99% sure, but I'm also super paranoid, but our category for question 27 is (c)(33) correct?

I think it's about time we should see some 2020 approvals. Has anyone expiring either late 2019 or early 2020 got approved?

Same here. My daca expire on February 21, 2020 I applied one year ago and they waited until the 150 days mark to approved us . I will apply again next year before the SCOTUS ruling.

Same. I expire March 2020. Applied in 2018 (6 months after the approval). Once I get renewed in Oct-ish (150 day mark). I will apply again in early 2020 before SCOTUS ruling
