I've run into a few job applications that have this question:

Quote:
Have you been informed by any government agency that you are excluded from or may not work for or provide services to federal, state or local government agencies, including Medicare or Medicaid?
It's a yes or no question. I'm guessing for us w/ DACA it would be yes. Has anyone come across this?

I have DACA

I don't know if I am eligible for those programs

No state/govt agency/dept informed that I am excluded

So answer to that question:

No, no state/govt agency/dept informed that I am exclulded.

It's my understanding that most federal / govt jobs require the applicant to be a US citizen, meaning we are immediately excluded from applying to those jobs. I think the answer is yes, I hate these questions. sigh.

Have you been informed? I don't believe I was ever informed of that when I applied for DACA.

The way the question reads it sounds like it's asking if you were ever barred from working for government agencies, as in, got in trouble and can no longer work for the government.

lol, it does get frustrating running into these types of questions. I also run into these:
Quote:
This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government.
