If you filled out 1145G then you should get some type of confirmation within 1.5 week..

Hi everyone,

My EAD is about to expire in March/2020 so I just started filling out the form to prepare for renewal but I'm partially forgot what I need to send. Can you guys help me to clarify the checklist that I need to send?

1. i-765 form
2. i-765 ws
3. i-821d
4. g-1145 (optional?)
5. Photo copy of latest i-821d approval notice
6. Photo copy of EAD card
7. Photos of 2 passport style with name and "A-" number in the back
8. Copies of passport? (Do we need this? I'm confused if we need this)
9. Photo copy of I-20 record? (Do we need this?)

What about those that expire in teh fall of 2020? Are you going to send it as sson as possible?

I was supposed to expire March 25 2020. I was accepted for EAD on October 28th, and accepted for Deferred Action on October 30th. I sent my application early March, went to biometrics late March, and had to wait 7 months until I was within 150 days of expiration.

Did they remove money orders from how you can pay?

Optional G1145
Filing fee and passport pics

And I would include a copy of your EAD (even that is not required)

It clearly says that with renewal requests you only need to submit any new documents (if any) pertaining to any removal proceedings or criminal history stuff that you haven’t already submitted to USCIS before.

Just got an update that my ead is in production!
My expiration was April 2020, seemed to have been quick! I guess more renewals are coming for those with Q1-2020 expiration.

WAIT, is the i-765 7 pages now?

Mine expires July 30 and I sent my renewal application in August, already went to my biometrics appointment. Now it’s just a waiting game.

I did the same thing, mine expires at the end of July.
