Lmao

Check this guy out. Are you the same type of person who sees a price of 10.97 and just pays with a $10 expecting them ask for the 97 cents?

Passport pictures are not required. This is the biggest misconception among the DACA community, so much that USCIS no longer mentions passport photos on their site. For some the piece of mind is worth the $10 or whatever they cost. I don’t blame anyone who does.

It literally says on the 765 instructions Lmao

Quote:
C. Photographs
You must submit two identical color passport-style photographs of yourself taken recently. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched.
The two identical passport-style photos must be 2 by 2 inches. The photos must be in color with a full face, frontal view, on a white to off-white background. Head height should measure 1 to 1 3/8 inches from the top of your hair to the bottom of your chin, and eye height is between 1 1/8 to 1 3/8 inches from the top of your eyes to the bottom of photo. Your head must be bare unless you are wearing headwear as required by a religious denomination of which you are a member. Using a pencil or felt pen, lightly print your name and A-Number (if any) on the back of the photo.

They even bolded it

Oh shut the fuck up man. I tend to agree with you on most things but you're purist ideas are fucking annoying. Why do you always sound so bitter?

You're more butthurt about my mistake than I am. I'll resubmit. I don't expire until late, I was sending in to be safe and have months to kill.

Not sending in pages that do no apply to you is not unreasonable especially when it hasn't been a problem in the past

All it takes is someone having a bad day to ruin your day and they can. We are required to submit passport photos. Most agents going over our cases realize the biometric photo we take there will be used. Some might follow everything by the book. Apparently OP never sends the last pages and was fine until now

Yeah, I agree. It's a learning experience for everyone. That it takes just that one person going over your case to fuck you over. And they probably feel much more emboldened now to fuck you over if they can with little to no consequences. It's unfortunate but I've definitely learned my lesson to clamp down.
