Hi everyone. My mom filed a petition for my brother (dreamer under 21). After 2 years, the case moved to the NVC. Finally, a couple of weeks ago we got the interview appointment letter and we were able to confirm our appointment with the US embassy website.

Today, though, I went on the CEAC website to go over the paperwork to make sure I have everything printed out and ready to go (the interview is at the end of the month). Under Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence for me, it shows as "incomplete" (it used to say "accepted").

I had submitted the I-864 along with my parents' taxes. Her income comes from our family business. I also submitted the FORM I-864A CONTRACT BETWEEN SPONSOR AND HOUSEHOLD MEMBER for my dad, since he's the joint sponsor. All the documents for my dad still show as "accepted."

For my mom, though, they're now requesting the FORM I-864EZ AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT and the FORM W-2 WAGE AND TAX STATEMENT. She doesn't receive a W2. And from what I read, she wouldn't qualify to fill out the 1-864EZ (which is why she originally filled out the I-864...which had been accepted).

I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you go with a immigration lawyer. To review everything! sometimes it's nothing.
