you can apply for renewal anytime you want. best time frame is 120 days before expiration date as per USCIS and I have been doing same.
stop worrying about DACA. nothing going to happen to DACA. eventually daca will turn to permanent solution sooner or later. but I personally feel like we are just really close right now.
enjoy buddy

I agree with this outlook. DACA is on its way out, the courts are finally about to kill it.

Trump will get re-elected, and he will shove the DACA issue down democrat's throats. Either they give him what he wants, or the DACAs get sent out. It's a hostage negotiation, and we're the hostages.

If dems let us get hurt, or sent out, they will be eaten alive by their own base.

All of this assumes trump would want to use us as bargaining chips, he may very well chose to do nothing, and let democrats get eaten up anyway. Trump literally CANNOT lose. He wins in both situations.

Let us assume Trump doesn't win then the dems can theoretically fix our situation. However, let us assume that DACA survives the court. It is no longer an emergency and we get pushed to the back of the Dem Wishlist.

This all hinges on the assumption that Turtle-boy mitch McConnel will let the legislation through. The man prides himself on killing legislation.

Everything could align for us, even the stars themselves, but its mitch mcconnel and rural kentucky doesnt like it then we are shit out of luck.

We need the following conditions for a good reliable chance of anything positive happening:
1. We need turtle boy Mitch McConnel to let the legislation pass, or for him to lose the election to someone more sympathetic. He is up for election in 2020.
2. We need the house of represenatives to agree we are someone in need of help.
3. We need them to vote to help us
4. We need the senate to agree we are in need of help
5. We need them to vote for helping us
6. We need DACA to die in the courts, because it is simply running out of time. We are one presidential election away from being toast.
7. We need miller to not fuck us over
8. We need trump to have his mind set on helping us IN EXCHANGE for concessions from the once bitten twice shy dems.
9. We need trump not to change his mind last minute
10. Dems need to actually commit to helping us. Nice words dont count.

Its theoretically possible, but nobody has ever managed it. Not even our savior Obama.
