Hi fellow Dreamers!

My DACA is set to expire on 06/21/2020 so I'm starting to get my paper work ready for renewal. I helped my cousin fill his out today and noticed the form is longer.

Question: Line 27 eligibility, I've always used C33 in past filings. Can I still use this ? I make six figures (very fortunate to have a great career) but I have a mortgage now, bills, and currently paying my way through MBA.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Im pretty sure were suppose to put (c) (33) there.

Isn't the C 3 iii the same as C33?

Not sure about that but I always put C33 and never had issues. I was actually approved today at 150 day mark.

i used (c) (14) when renewing. (c) (33) is for consideration of Deferred Action.

No, (c)(3)(iii) is for F-1 students seeking work authorization due to financial hardship.

(c)(33)( ) is DACA.
