2021 expirations - Page 2

I submitted my last application 15 months ahead of time.

It was approved exactly at the 150 day mark.

15 months??? woah... may do the same for my next one then.

Wife just took her pictures at CVS today.

So they just have you logged in the system and not act on your renewal until the 150 day mark? Is this what everyone is expecting? For those of you who renewed with 2021 expiry dates, is your application still pending and you are expecting renewal closer to your 150 day mark?

I have 12/2021 expiry and wondering if I were to submit now and get approved would I only gain a few months (ie. 05/2022) or would I be good until 2023?

150 days from Dec would be around July, and 2 years from July 2021 would be July 2023, so yea. Issue is, even if we're in the queue to be processed 150 before our exp, which is next year (I exp Nov 2021), the rulings going to come this year, and we don't know if those in queue and not yet processed would still make the cut off.

I bet the Supreme Court will rule tomorrow.

I expire in September of this year but sent my renewal today with express overnight shipping. I have a feeling that Supreme Court will rule tomorrow or next week. Cannot risk it anymore.

Expire in oct 2021 and already submitted

Hey guys, I expire Dec 2021. Mailing in another renewal now. I noticed i765 form on the site has expiry date of 05/30/2020. Is this going to be any issue? Since my renewal will be processed likely July or August of 2021?

Sorry but why is everyone renewing so early?
