I have a question:

Assuming SCOTUS sides with Trump and DACA is shut down, then Biden gets elected president, would Biden have the power to re-instate DACA through another executive order?

I have better chances of winning a lottery.

Why do people even THINK Biden will win? Just thinking about it is a huge waste of time.

I think the big advantage Biden has is that the Trump admin has royally fucked up the covid-19 reaponse. That is a big advantage for the dems as long as they use that Bloomberg money and hammer the shit in ads to remind people.

Fuck all this they go low we go high shit. Hit the Repubs right in the balls.

why do ppl think Trump will win???????? Economy is fucked, ppl now see what an idiot he is, he is an embarrassment. He barely won last time by 75k votes in 3 states. Joe appeals to Trump's working class voters. Hillary was a terrible candidate. Suburban voters are turning against Trump ever since 2017. Dems have been killing republicans in every election since Trump won. Trump may win but everything has to be perfect for him to win. Economy has to recover by November, people feel safe going outside etc etc.

Yeah there's a lot of pessimism on this forum and I get it, but yeah Trump squeezed by with 75k votes in 3 states with a lot of 3rd party help (including Russia).

I mean Dems won the 2018 election by the widest margin in history. Even in Wisconsin, which is supposed to be the tipping state, Dems have won 7 out of 8 statewide races since 2016 including the Governorship, US Senate seat, AG etc etc.. Matter fact they only race they lost was by ~6K votes.

Trump's also down in Arizona so Biden is expanding the map. Plus Biden does well with old folks. As much as the younger Democratic wing loves Bernie Sanders, young people don't vote. Old people in Florida vote....

Dems are still killing the congressional ballot, trump has never hit 50% in average approval, the CBO expects the unemployment rate to stay over 9% through 2021, and the man just told the country to inject disinfectant in their bodies to kill the virus...

I just don't see an environment that's beneficial to Trump. What does he have going for him? I mean just by being in the race he can win but it's crazy seeing people talk about him winning in a landslide.
