Well looks like no one is doing passport photos in my area sooo I did a bit of a compromise. Rather than send no photos at all, I took it myself and made on wallet photo on the Walgreens app. (Ironic I know. Idk why they cnt do passport ones) anyway, I used a box cutter to the best of my abilities lol. Least of my worries though. My permit expires in October. Very close.

The only time I sent photos was the first time- the initial application. Have never sent any after that and I’ve been approved pretty quickly most times.

Always send the photos in, all of my renewals have been without photos but I think I've just gotten lucky.

Seriously, send them in, you don't want to run a risk of a stickler agent rejecting you because you missed an easy item.

I got Walgreen's and sent them in with me. I don't know who to trust, but hey, if you can afford $495 and willing to work legally, go find a way to get two passport-sized photos, okay? Cuz if some jerk decides to make your life miserable and do RFE, you may be screwed. The least painful thing is making a few more trips, more $$ for express mailing, and few weeks of processing. But the worst? you could be out of status if some weird trump fucktard goes into full tard swing. So pick your battle.

You don't mess with your green card / citizenship application, so why mess with your daca renewal

This is kinda random but I’m trying to renew my EAD and I noticed that they have combined the I-821D and I-765 forms?

Did you guys only send the I-765 and the worksheet?

wtf you talking about?

I-821 and I-765 are still different forms. You must send in both plus the worksheet.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about then don’t respond. Fucking rude for no damn reason when I didn’t ask YOU anything.

You are seeing something wrong cause I-821D and I-765 (+worksheet) are still different forms.
