Agreed that the age limit was a mistake but the topic at hand is that DAPA - specifically, the part where individuals who came here as adults with USC children getting a work permit is what ruined it for us.

We are the only ones pending from the November term. However, there are a few cases from October that also haven't released opinions on yet.

It does look like all of the December ones have been released already too, so I think we are getting closer to our chances of the DACA opinion getting released soon.
