I'm afraid that if I send it too soon, I will loose months like last time (exp 03/2019, sent out 08/2018, new exp 10/2020, which should have been 03/2021).
Renew now or don't complain and cry later.

I don't see how any complaining or crying from anyone should be of any concern of yours. I guess you are just used to people being ok with the first thing that comes out of your mouth. To everyone else, I'm thankful for the support and answers from other people, and in case no one has told you, you are both rude and inconsequential.

Has anyone with an expiration date of 2022 submitted a renewal yet?
Seems crazy and I know there's plenty out there who expire this year who have yet to be renewed. But its been on my mind, even though I was just approved a few weeks ago.

Chill the f out . What’s the point even when you expire in 2022? Ridiculous!

I expire November 2021 and I sent it in. We don’t know what will happen when SCOTUS rules, but they might allow the applications received before the scotus decision to be processed. It’s worth the risk.

Also, uscis is facing a huge budget deficit due to less ppl immigrating here. We might be the only ones paying fees right now lol

That's my thinking as well. Might as well get it submitted and in the system before the decision is made official.

$500 is nothing to me for the possibility of getting 1 more renewal later on.
Thankfully with all that's going on, nothing has changed for me and I have stayed employed with 2 jobs that I feel confident doing another renewal.

Latest data from USCIS shows that as of Dec 2019, there were 22,320 people whose EAD was just renewed and was set to expire in Dec of 2021. Of that group, 50 had renewal applications in already, lol.

1/5th of a percent, but yeah people do send it in. I would.

money order question... Did anyone put their address? Never bought a money order from Western Union before, and they say I HAVE TO put my address. Looking at my past money orders (not from Western Union) and they all have my name and my alien#... just wanted to know if anyone had come across this. Thanks!

I sent my renewal with a personal check this time. Anyone know how long it takes for them to cash it?
