Anyupdate to your case OP?
I am in similar situation myself. Sent the renewal package completed biometric last year and still waiting. My EAD expires on end of October so I am within the 150days.

Nope. Nothing on my case yet.

My younger brother expires sometime mid October and was approved May 28th.

Update: My Employment Authorization got approved today according to case status checker!! My I821D status still hasn't been updated.

I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence, but this morning I got an email that The Ombusdsman's Office reviewed my request for case assistance and that they contacted USCIS.

For anyone's application that still hasn't been approved past 120 day mark, it doesn't hurt to submit a request here for assistance.

Congrats!
I sent an email to congressman today for help. If it doesn't work I might do the same. For ombudsman request did you attach any supporting documents?

No. I didn't attach any supporting documents. Just answered everything that I had an answer for.
