There is only one admin, and its a php forum so it was low quality to begin with. LOL PHP.

I mean to be fair this site was made in like 2005 or earlier. But then again, it could use a major update.

Oh I see. I stand corrected. Back in 05 PHP was state of the art. Now we overload websites with javascript and use heavy frameworks to write websites. Thats how bad webdev is, that they wrote a heavy framework just to make it more palatable.
