At this point they will not even give in to the most liberal bill from Republicans/Trump Admin. They are not interested right now especially during election season. Don't expect anything from Democrats.

These horrible & politically charged decisions coming out of the Supreme Court are shotgun blasts into the face of people that are proud to call themselves Republicans or Conservatives. We need more Justices or we will lose our 2nd. Amendment & everything else. Vote Trump 2020!

Do you get the impression that the Supreme Court doesn’t like me?
He must be tired of winning?

Dude, stop pretending Republicans are your saviors. Dems are far from perfect, but Obama gave us DACA. Dems fought in court to keep DACA.

The House passed the DREAM Act too and it is dead on arrival in the senate because of Republicans. I don't understand how you need anything more than these facts to have a deep distrust for the GOP

The pressure is on Trump to get votes. The ball is in his court, his administration needs to make the move. The democrats are set to win by default. They can claim they already passed the dream act in the house and there's nothing more they can do. The only way for democrats to lose is when Trump brings up a good deal and the democrats say no.

It really is up to Trump to make this happen and force democrats to good faith negotiations. I just have trouble seeing that happening because the hardliners in his administration will say "do you want to look weak?" and force rescind DACA again in an attempt to gain an upper hand in negotiations. There's way more pressing issues and there's not enough time for that tactic.

It does appear that Biden is the front runner however, I wouldn't assume that Biden is the "clear" front-runner. There are a lot of Trump supporters that are silent supporters that won't reflect in the polls.

Let's see how the debates shake out between Biden and Trump before any assumptions. Now in regards to the Senate scenario, that is more plausible.
