It should. Though give USCIS a few days to put that back in.

Majority of those were protesters wanting to leave him with an empty audience.

Get fucked Bunker Boy. Worst case scenario if this moron tries again you've got time to file renewals up until August or September at the earliest. Then election will come and Biden will just reinstate DACA (or rather pull back the rescission).

To those of you who feel sad that we're not set on fire right now, one fuck you, and two, this would only put pressure on democrats to accept something otherwise unacceptable. All the republicans would roast their marshmallows on the fire.
Gorsuch is a disappointment but never really expected him to side with DACA

What is left with Trump now?

With everything he touches, he loses. Same with coming election

I'm reading some tweets from politicians now. They say stuff like "why can Obama make a law via EO but Trump can't remove it?"

Do you think they really don't know that Trump still can rescind DACA? It's called playing politics. They're calling Roberts a liberal, lol.

We'll see what the republicans do because the ball is in their court. Let's hope this is just all talk because if this is how they truly feel, there won't be a deal this year.

Honestly politics becomes way easier when you just assume that anyone on the right is a moron. This wasn't an EO, it was a substantial regulation that did abide by the APA which is why we had the 60 day period between announcement on June 15 2012 and when USCIS started accepting applications on August 15 2012. You can pull back a regulation but you need to abide by the APA which is what the Trump regime didn't do correctly. If they went "We will accept DACA related applications for 60 days and then you're on your own" we wouldn't have won today.

Because Obama didn't have racist motives behind his EO (sorry, his DHS sect memo)
