SCOTUS decision is not a win for Trump. Anybody with half a brain knows that an executive decision by one president can be rescinded by another. However, any regulation by the executive branch is subject for review by the court due to the Administrative Procedure Act. DACA survives the lawsuits because Obama followed the proper procedures. In order to end it, Trump has to follow the same procedures. Instead of doing it, he simply argued that what Obama did was illegal. Newsflash: DACA is not illegal.

Na, I don't think its sucking dick. I think its being realistic. Trump didn't say he would be legalizing DACA kids, he said he'd be deporting them and ending Obama's illegal amnesties. Not sure why people sound so surprised with what's going on. That's how its going to continue if he wins again, which is looking like a strong possibility to me. Surprised to see you talkin that way.
