For overall public health crisis (COVID-19 outbreak), I think the better choice will be Biden.
I think at the moment public health is the issue number 1. Democratic northeast state (CT, NY, NJ) have literally led the country in handling the crisis.
Ignore those other two talking to you, they can't differentiate their head from their arse.

As a bonus, Biden will not hold DACAers hostages in negotiations like Trump (impeached) did two years ago. Biden is on record saying a DACA fix is in his agenda for day one of his presidency.

Don't believe in the "first 100 days" type of promises. I have seen them in pretty much every election campaign for the past 20 years.
