Results still pending lol.

This is my incomplete timeline (I was an EWI, no AP):

Entered US: 06/15/2004 (caught on entry, bailed out)
Ordered removed in absentia: 09/24/2004
Filed for initial DACA: 9/13/2012
Initial DACA approved: 3/18/2013
Married: 11/22/2016
I-130 filed: 11/28/2016
Proceedings reopened: Sometime in December 2016
Case administratively closed (after a Master Hearing): 01/12/2017
I-130 Interview: Sometime in September 2017
I-130 approved (after interview and RFE): 11/07/2017
Split up with my ex: 07/04/2018
Filed for VAWA: Sometime in August 2018
VAWA RFE: 02/27/2020
Responded to VAWA RFE: 05/18/2020

Now if this is approved I will either need to recalendar and file I-485 with the court, or get the proceedings terminated and file I-485 with USCIS.

Overall, with the current delays if everything goes well (i.e. the fucking VAWA gets approved) I expect to be an LPR sometime in late 2021 to early 2022. At least VAWA approval gives you a renewable EAD so I'll be safe if DACA gets rescinded.

I think it depends on your case, some people it only takes them under a year. If you have something pending with the courts, it will take 2-3 years. Specially now that courts are closed. I'm going on 1 year and 2 months of the ongoing process. So far the only thing that has been approved is my family petition (I-130). Application to adjust is on hold since courts are closed. If your case is straightforward, overstayed, married US citizen then you should be 1 to 1.5 years. But if pending with courts, expect 2 to 3 years.

Depends on each case. Also, are we talking about Adjustment of Status (AOS) or through Consular Proceedings?

I am going through consular proceedings process, my wife and I have been working on it since the fall of 2017. Still wondering how much longer it will take to get this over with.
