Will it cause problems down the road?

No, you won’t qualify. They ask for green card or citizenship documents

From what i've read online, you have to be here lawfully for EIDL. However, you should be fine applying for PPP.

I wish there was more information/clarification about these benefits. The implications (if any) are unclear at the moment.

What kind of business? Did you apply for the grant or for the loan? I got the grant. Wasn't a lot 10k. Just waiting on the loan to roll through. I checked their requirements and basically as long as you're legally here you'll be fine. Any loan over 25k has other requirements and you have to put something as collateral. The "essential" businesses are breezing through. Some small companies I know have gotten them within a week of applying. Only 2 with DACA and TPS that I know have gotten over 30k.

I have two restaurants and a glass fabrication company. I got advance of 6k for glass fabrication and 6k for one restaurant. The other one never got it. Also applied for loan and they asked for green card or citizenship documents. I spoke with them on phone and said I was DACA and they sent me rejection letter. All 3 times different SBA rep
