Does anyone know if the visa bulletin and wait times have been affected by the freeze on green card applications? Specially of Family Based F1 category unmarried child over 21 from Mexico. thanks

Overall i saw improvement in the visa bulletin. The trend seems to have been moving in the visa bulletin overall.
