Im happy to hear that, I'm hoping to make my first time purchase next year glad to hear FHA loans are available. What was your mortgage lender? Did you go through a few different lenders as well.?

They're terrible for him probably.

I'm guessing you didn't ask why they were terrible. FHA is only for 1st time buyers and the requirements are far less stringent than traditional. Lower upfront also is attractive.

The "terrible" part of the loan is the insurance premium that sticks through the life of the loan. But even with traditional you're still paying pmi until you have enough paid off.

If you're buying and your JPMorgan's senior loan officer money guy is offering fixed 3.5 percent with 3 percent down call us.

Until then fha is great for a 1st time buy where you're able to sell the property after 3 or 4 years. I put in some work on my new house I bought in 2016 at fixed 3.5%, after the appraisal it's now sitting a but over 34 percent higher than when I bought it. All the while it's a property that I've been collecting rent every single pay period.

Tell me what your monthly payment is with mere 3.5% down

Only works with shitty real estate
