Meanwhile Democrats shattered donation records hours after her death.

If Republican nominate a judge, Democrats will consider stacking the courts if they win senate.

They could also impeach someone and that would clear the Senate calendar to deal with the impeachment instead of doing SC votes.

With a 5-3 or 6-3 SC, disputes in counts on votes (especially in states that matter) will go in Trump's favor and that would tilt the election in his favor. Dems need to win by a very big margin.

Honestly we're in a downward spiral of no norms matter and this is a very slippery slope to the bottom where all it matters is winning and the division between the two parties will get bigger and bigger. There will be large swings in policies and one party undoes the work of the other, over and over. It puts America in a permanent stun lock where it cannot move forward. As Abraham Lincoln once said “A house divided against itself cannot stand”. This ever increasing division is the biggest threat to the united in "United States" since the civil war.

Dems headed for defeat.

As they always are.

Kissing the feet of BLM and partnering with Left wing media to accept rioting and looting as acceptable forms of protest.

Trump will appoint a new judge. The Senate will confirm.

Game over.

Moderate Dem Senators will oppose it.

A left wing pipe dream.

Also, you would need Biden to be President to sign the law.

The legislative filibuster is a good thing overall.

Best case scenario and its a 50-50 Senate after the elections, meaning both parties will be LITERALLY be forced to work together to get stuff done.

Moderate Democrats won't oppose it if the court is stacked 6-3. Progressives Democrats will take them out during the next election. Stacking the court to 13 will be the only way to balance to courts.

Well if Trump wins we're fucked anyways. You might as well pack your bags now because all Stephen Miller's wet dreams will come true if trump wins a second term.

I agree filibuster is a good thing but a one side supreme court (in either direction) is terrible for the country.

Doubt it, a 50-50 senate will never pass anything for us. A gridlock will likely happen and they will accomplish nothing for next 4 years. I rather see a Democrat majority and have a few R's flip to pass the dream act. You can keep believing Republicans will save you.
